School Development Plan
At Bishopstone we are constantly striving to provide the very best education for your children that is possible. We have a School development plan which allows us to constantly monitor impact of the changes that we are embedding and their overall effectiveness.
Our School Development Plan was created by input from staff, governors, parents, children and feedback from organisations such as SBC and our SIP (School Improvement Partner). This is a continuous process. Consequently, the school development plan is an organic document, outlinings goals and current plans. As it is not rigid, it will alter as evaluation and reviews occur at strategic points during the year.
Our whole learning community will continue to be involved in this process through consultation. The document below sets out how we aim to not only maintain performance but also to raise overall school standards, individual pupil achievement and to place staff development at the heart of school improvement.
